Shipping policy

All packages are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail or via UPS with tracking.  Grace Girl Beads is not responsible for packages damaged during shipping, claims should be filed with USPS or UPS. Grace Girl Beads will make every effort to assist in the claim process to ensure that you receive your items undamaged.

Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, some products are Ready to Ship and some products take 1-2 weeks to make.  Processing times are listed on each product page.
