Our Story

Handmade Jewelry with Heart and Heritage
Grace Girl Beads was founded in 2013 by Amy Boyle—a maker, entrepreneur, and Southern creative with a passion for designing jewelry that feels as meaningful as it looks.
What began as a part-time hobby during a challenging season of life quickly turned into a full-time business rooted in healing, creativity, and purpose.
A Legacy of Style and Strength
Amy’s inspiration runs deep. Raised in Alabama and shaped by the influence of her two grandmothers, she grew up surrounded by stories, tradition, and timeless Southern style. Many childhood days were spent playing in her Mimi’s jewelry box, sparking a love for both costume and classic pieces that would later guide her own designs.
After the unexpected passing of her Mimi and a summer spent navigating grief and depression, Amy discovered jewelry-making as a creative outlet—and a new beginning. That spark lit the way for what would soon become Grace Girl Beads.
Designed to Be Worn and Remembered
Each Grace Girl piece is thoughtfully handcrafted to reflect both beauty and meaning. Amy blends modern trends with classic design elements using carefully chosen materials, to create jewelry that tells a story.
Whether you're layering everyday staples or gifting something special, Grace Girl Beads offers pieces that feel personal, wearable, and timeless.
Rooted in Family and Southern Living
Amy now lives in Huntsville, Alabama with her husband, and their two sons. When she's not designing, you’ll likely find her spending time with her family or with Duncan—her loyal shop dog and unofficial studio sidekick—by her side.
Grace Girl Beads has grown to be carried by over 300 retailers in 43 states, but at its heart, it’s still a small business built on faith, family, and a whole lot of Southern charm.
